ActewAGL was Australia's first multi-utility to offer electricity, natural gas, water and wastewater services under one roof. The Networks division plan, develop, construct, operate and maintain the electricity network in the ACT and the gas networks in the ACT, Queanbeyan and Nowra.
The Water division provide water and wastewater services under contract to ACTEW Corporation who have ownership of the ACT's water and wastewater assets.

Essential Energy is owned by the New South Wales Government, with around 4,000 employees in 142 customer and field service centres, nine regional offices. It also has four business centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Newcastle.

Essential Energy services more than 870,000 customers and manages Australia's largest power supply network which spans across 95 per cent of the New South Wales' land mass. With around 195,000 kilometres of powerlines, 1.4 million power poles, 113,000 distribution substations, 120,000 street lights and a range of other assets all managed within our EMS-WASP Asset and Works Management Solution.

AETV Power

AETV Power generates electricity using natural gas from its plant at Bell Bay in northern Tasmania. The capacity of the plant is 390 MW using open cycle gas turbines.

Wide Bay Water Corporation is the first local government owned corporation in Queensland, providing water and wastewater services to the city of Hervey Bay. The corporation is wholly owned by Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) and governed by an independent Board of Directors working under the Queensland Local Government Owned Corporations Act.

Northpower owns and manages the electricity lines network in Whangarei and Kaipara and also owns New Zealand's largest electricity distribution contracting business with centres located across the North Island. Northpower is a leading supplier of electricity distribution network design, maintenance and construction services with offices in Dargaville, Maungaturoto, Whangarei, North Shore, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Napier and Wellington.

Orion

Project Overview: To implement a comprehensive Asset Management solution covering electricity distribution infrastructure assets.

Orion owns and operates the electricity distribution network in central Canterbury between the Waimakariri and Rakaia rivers and from the Canterbury coast to Arthur's Pass. They transport electricity from nine Transpower grid exit points to more than 184,000 homes and businesses.

In 2016 Orion and EMS completed a project to replace their original EMS-WASP system with a custom Basix:Electricity Manager solution for their Asset Management needs, as well as Basix:Mobile for Substation inspections.

The Lines Company

The solution also covers Regulatory Valuation and outage and reliability reporting, as well as integration to the customer information systems for management of transformer and customer relationships.

The Lines Company delivers electricity to over 25,000 consumers in and around the central area of the North Island bounded generally by Otorohanga (north), Waioru (south), Lake Taupo (east) and the coast (west). It has electricity assets in excess of $175M and owns in excess of 3,200km of network lines over an area of some 13,700km2. The Lines Company also operates a contracting division which specialises in substation and line construction, cable installation and the maintenance and operation of generation and electricity networks.

Unison Limited

A separate project included the provision of a Tender Contracting solution.

Unison Networks Limited delivers electricity to businesses and homes across three of the North Island's most popular regional tourist destinations - Hawke's Bay, Taupo and Rotorua. Unison is the fourth largest electricity powerlines company in New Zealand and is responsible for the design, development, operation and maintenance of electrical powerlines in these three regions.

Unison distributes electricity to a supply area that covers approximately 11,000 square kilometres; from remote rural areas, to highly populated urban areas. Electrical energy is transferred through powerlines that extend for more than 9,000km across the three regions to reach over 105,000 connected consumers on behalf of the electricity retailers.
